These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of mindtechcoaching.se and to digital products offered by MindTechCoaching. Purchases processed through Gumroad are also subject to Gumroad's applicable checkout and platform terms.
1. About MindTechCoaching
MindTechCoaching is operated from Sweden. Contact: monica@mindtechcoaching.se.
2. Digital products
Products are supplied digitally. Product descriptions explain the main content and intended audience. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and software can open the supplied file format.
3. Orders and payment
Checkout, payment and delivery may be handled by Gumroad. Prices, taxes and payment details shown at checkout apply to that transaction. An order is completed when payment is accepted or, for a free product, when the checkout or delivery process is completed.
4. Licence and permitted use
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, your download or purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for your own personal or internal business use.
You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, upload publicly, copy for others, remove ownership notices or present the material as your own work.
5. Intellectual property
Website content, workbooks, prompts, exercises, graphics, branding and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual property law and remain the property of MindTechCoaching or the relevant rights holder.
6. Educational information and no guarantee
The products provide educational and informational material. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical or mental-health treatment advice. Business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. No specific income, sales or business result is promised or guaranteed.
7. Customer responsibility
You are responsible for your own decisions, implementation, legal compliance and use of AI-generated output. Review and verify any AI-generated information before relying on or publishing it.
8. Availability and changes
We may correct errors, update content, change prices or withdraw products. Changes do not remove rights that have already arisen under mandatory consumer law.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MindTechCoaching is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
10. External services and links
The website may link to Gumroad and social platforms. Those services are operated independently and are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. Please contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve any issue. Consumers in the EU may also have access to competent national consumer authorities or alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
