Refund Policy

MindTechCoaching sells digital products delivered through Gumroad. This policy should be read together with the information shown at checkout and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Free products

No payment is charged for free downloads.

Paid digital products

Because digital products can normally be accessed or downloaded immediately, refunds are not generally offered after access or download has begun, except where required by applicable law or where the product is defective or materially different from its description.

EU consumer information

For digital content supplied immediately, the statutory withdrawal right may cease once performance begins where the consumer has given the required prior consent and acknowledged the loss of that right. The checkout provider is responsible for presenting the applicable checkout process and consent wording.

Technical problems

If you cannot access the file, receive the wrong file or experience a technical defect, contact us. We will first try to restore access, replace the file or otherwise correct the problem.

How to request help

Email monica@mindtechcoaching.se with your order email, product name and a short description of the issue. Do not include full payment-card details.

Gumroad

Payments and refunds may be administered through Gumroad. Gumroad may also take action under its own policies, including measures relating to fraud prevention, chargebacks or mandatory legal obligations.
