Why MindTechCoaching?

I created MindTechCoaching for women who know they are capable of building something meaningful, but feel overwhelmed by too many ideas and too much AI advice.

Clarity is the foundation. AI is the tool.

My approach combines 25 years of healthcare experience, specialist work in mental health and addiction treatment since 2006, CBT and behavioural change expertise, and strategic use of Generative AI since 2023.

I also maintain continuous professional development through multiple AI courses and certificates. The aim is practical: clearer decisions, focused action and technology that supports your own judgement.
